Why the titles have the blue background, white side how to delete them.

It looks the blue background is coming because of a custom CSS code. Sharing it below:

.x-recent-posts-content {
    padding: 20px;
    background-color: #09316d;
}

Have you added any custom CSS to change the background color? Please remove the same and see how it looks. You can also add follwing CSS to change background color:

.x-recent-posts-content {
    background-color: #737373;
}
