Classic Recent posts doesn't respect Sticky post status

The toggle for “ignore sticky posts” doesn’t work.

I have checked the Classic Recent Post element and able to replicate the issue with the Ignore Sticky Posts option at our end. I will report this issue to our issue tracker so this issue will be queued for fixing by our development team.
