Classic Recent Posts - Control of Permalink to Actual Post

Hi,
How can I control the classic recent posts link?
The problem is that if I want to add this element to a new section, it will only upload the latest posts.
How do I control what posts are being inserted?

Hi Diana,

Thank you for writing in, regretfully Recent Posts element has no option to show only specific posts. However, it has a Category filter option where it can only show posts that is belong to a certain category.

So what you can do is create a category say featured, and then filter your Recent Posts element to show only the posts that has a category of featured.



With that you can now target the posts that you only want to show by assigning them the featured category.
