Classic Raw Content acting weird?

Hi there,

I’m using Classic raw content, but it is acting weird all the time.

How are we supposed to add shortcodes?

Hello @Iban,

Thanks for posting in! How weird? Please be advise that when you add a shortcode in a raw content element, it may not have a preview depending on the shortcode that you have added. When you view the live view of the page, you should see a display result of the raw content element.

A few weeks ago, when I updated the theme on one of my pages, all the classic raw content was miss placed or not responding on the Backend cornerstone editor. I had to redo most of them.

Now, Im using again classic raw content for another website but I don’t see the element at all…NOTHING… in cornerstone once it is placed, I only see something when previewing the page.

Hey There,

It could be a caching issue or something. If in case you encounter it again, the easiest way is use the skeleton mode to edit the page for faster response and easy access of the elements on the preview area.
