Classic Pricing Tables - 2021

I have a classic pricing tables on my site (nayacare(dot)org) that aren’t resizing. And all of the support docs and forums I’ve looked at are completely out of date and none of the presented solutions work.

The forced 3 column view means, single column, 2 column, and 4 column tables are all showing as if they are missing content. See below for screenshots of a 2 column and 1 column pricing table. How do I fix this?
