We’re using the classic feature list element 4 times in this post - https://posm.org/acl-tears-and-injuries/ . The 4th application won’t trigger the graphics.
Hello @Solidwebservice,
Thanks for asking.
I don’t see any issues with the setup. I see that you are using Autoptimize plugin. Can you please try clearing cache and see how it goes? Other then that please try testing for plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.
Thank you.
Thanks for your help.
Cleared caches - browser history, autoptimze and wpengine hosting.
Disabled all plugins but still have the problem.
Log-in info in secure section.
Hi @Solidwebservice,
Thanks but the credentials you provided did not work, please check.
I see the Autoptimize is still in play, please clear its cache and deactivate it, and see if that resolves the issue. If it does, please turn off any JS minification/merge option of it.
Thanks,
I updated the password. Sorry about that. Please check the secure note.
Hi there,
I checked the console in Chrome and there are some warning that seems to be coming for the automization of your site.
Would mind trying to make sure that you have full cleared the cache of the Autoptimize plugin or perhaps try disabling and clear the browser cache? If the issue persists, try recreating the last icon list while Autoptimize is disabled.
Let us know how it goes.
cleared the cache in Autoptimize, disabled plug-in, cleared browswer cache, copied a functioning classic feature list section, edited it with the correct info.
Same problem. Icons work in the preview screen of Cornerstone. Does not work on staging site, or after being copied to live site - https://posm.org/acl-tears-and-injuries/ .
Hello @Solidwebservice,
I am another staff checking. I have investigated and made necessary that may have caused the issue. It seems that there is a JS error which might be a bug in the latest release. I’ve submitted this to our issue tracker so the developers will be made aware of it. Once they’ll figure it out, it will be updated and rolled out in the next update release cycle.
At the moment, I have turn off the animation of the icons in the last classic feature list element which is in your staging site.
Please bear with us.
No worries. I appreciate you and the team sticking with it.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
I’m experiencing the same issue across multiple sites using the Classic Feature Box.
Hi @verysandwich,
We’ve added this to our issue tracker so it can be considered for future development, in the meantime please follow Ruenel’s advise to turn off the animation of the icons in the last classic feature list element.
Thanks,

Hey @Solidwebservice,
I’ve investigated this further and found that this is not really a bug. I’ve switched enabled the Skeleton Mode and found that you have an empty Classic Feature List. That breaks the animation.
I’ve removed it and now animation works. Please see the post in the secure note.
It would have been better though if the empty featured list was visible in the builder so you’ll know it’s there. I’ve submitted a feature request for this.
Thanks.
Please check if you have an empty Classic Feature Box also. Regretfully, you can currently check that if you activate the Skeleton Mode. Update X, Cornerstone and Pro to get the update Skeleton Mode which is compact.
Thanks.
