Please kindly follow the steps mentioned in this article:
For the padding between the icon and text, we will need the exact URL of the page that you added the box so we can give you proper CSS code suggestions as there is no native option for setting the padding there.

Thank you for this. Please let me know how I can have a onmouse graphics animation when someone hovers on the icon please? currently the only open is when the page is loaded

Our Classic Feature Box element does not have such a feature and implementing one is considered as customization and outside of our support scope.
Alternatively, you can use the Social element which gives you an option to change the color of the graphic when hovered or use the Particles options to add a shadow over the icon. For more information:
For more advanced animations you will need to add custom CSS code to the element in question. You can use the Element CSS feature to do so and add your custom CSS code specifically for one element:
