Classic elements problems on new version of X

Hi there, in last days we have completely updated some of our websites including X and Cornerstone plugin.
After that some classic elements as Classic icon list start to do problems. Forexample Icon list start to display not only choosed icon but also bulletpoint next to this icon. Also Classic pricing table was messed up.

Some website pages containing Classic EA post grid even totally crashed and instead od normal look they displayed fatal error. It could be fixed only by temporarily switch off plugin Essential addons for Cornerstone.

Can you please tell me If this errors are only for now and will be fixed with new better template/Cornerstone plugin update? Or X will no more support this elements?

Hi Tereza,

It might be due to the improper up-gradation of the Cornerstone plugin. If the theme is not update to the latest version i.e 8.1.5, I would recommend you to update your theme to the latest one by following the below steps.

1. Delete the Cornerstone existing one
2. Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates, if it is not already updated to 8.0.11 already
3. After deletion of the Cornerstone, please use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone.

If that does not resolve the issue, I would suggest you troubleshot a few common issues on this.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Child Theme Related issue ** if you activated it.
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization

we were not able to solve the issue, here is the error message:

We were forced to disable the “Post Grid” element in the " Essential Addons for Cornerstone & Pro Settings" section to make the page usable again. Once we activate it again the page crashes.

Hi @nezzazvoni,

I created a themeco test page to test the classic icon list on your website and it is just working fine properly without any bullets next to the icon. On the other hand, I am not sure what URL of the website you are having an issue with about the Classic EA post grid, would you mind sharing the URL with us for further investigation?
