Classic element not displaying icons

I have tried clearing my cache and I don’t have a wp caching plugin - the icons on my elements don’t appear to be showing:

Hello Peter,

Thanks for writing in! You are having this issue because your X theme is out dated. Please update your X theme to version 7.2.3. Your X theme version is quite older. You will have to update the X theme manually. Please check out this documentation guide on how you can update the X theme manually:
