Classic Custom Headlines won't stick between Classic Feature Lists

The Classic custom headlines will not stick over the Classic Text. In the editor, it appears to stick. However, after saving, they will no longer be in the right position. In the editor they are:

Classic feature list (starts with “BACK INJURIES”)
over
Classic custom headline (WHEN TO SEEK PHYSICAL THERAPY)
over
Classic Text (The first thing the physical therapist…)
over
Classic custom headline (WHAT HAPPENS AT PHYSICAL THERAPY)
over
Classic Text (Did you know what you can get…)
over
Classic feature list (starts with “REST”)

However, once saved, they stack up this way:

Classic feature list (starts with “BACK INJURIES”)

Classic custom headline (WHEN TO SEEK PHYSICAL THERAPY)

Classic Text (The first thing the physical therapist…)

Classic Text (Did you know what you can get…)

Classic custom headline (WHAT HAPPENS AT PHYSICAL THERAPY)

Classic feature list (starts with “REST”)
