Classic custom headline class

Hi there,
I´m trying to apply a custom class to the classic custom headline and creating an additional .span. between the heading and the text.
The custom css class is ok and applies correctly to the .H. tag and I can apply a style to the text .span. but can’t apply an additional “wrapper” (in example below). Is there a way round this without editing the template files?
Please see attached

Hi There,

/v2 is just showing this:

Can you give more information on what you are trying to achieve and you need another span tag? Knowing that might help us recommend another approach. But yes, that means editing the element templates that is outside the scope of our support. Though another approach is adding the span tag on the fly using JQUERY.

You may upload and image on your dropbox and then share the URL on secure note so it is not public.

Hi, the path changed:

Test - is this text hidden?

Hey there,

Sorry for the confusion. No, there’s no option to apply additional HTML structure to elements. You can only target them with CSS. What you need would require custom development which is outside the scope of our support. We do have an in-house custom development team that offer paid services, who may be able to assist. They can be contacted at [email protected] if this is of interest to you.

Thank you for your understanding.

Understood.

Glad we could help.

Cheers!
