Classic Counter and Counter not working

X theme and wordpress are both updated. I had the initial number set to 0 and the ending number set to 12. It just showed 0 at those settings. No counting.

I changed the initial number to 12, for now, to keep it showing registrations until the counter is fixed.

Thank you for writing in, I don’t see an error on your site and I don’t see the issue because your set the start number to 7. But I see you’re using Endurance Page Cache would you mind CLEARING its cache and deactivating it for a while and see if that resolves the issue.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

Thank you for your response. I don’t see Endurance Page Cache as a plugin, tool, or setting?

Hey @ohtara,

Thank you for providing the credentials. I cleared the cache from the WordPress’s admin bar (see screenshot)

I then went ahead and changed the Starting Number to 0, Ending Number to 12 and changed the Counter Speed from 1000 to 3000 for testing and the counter is working as expected:

Please clear you browser’s cache and check the page now. You can find the endurance cache settings in Admin > Settings > General.
