Classic carousel is no longer showing up

We are using classic carousel and it’s no longer showing on the front end of the website. If I go to edit the global block it’s located in, I see the classic carousel element and the items within it.

I’ve confirmed I’m running the most up to date version of X and Cornerstone.
X theme - Version: 8.1.5
Cornerstone - Version 5.1.5

I’ve cleared the cache and am not running any java script optimizations on the page.

Any thoughts on getting this working?

Just following up on this, haven’t gotten any reply. Thank you.

Hi @danieldownard,

A self reply will push the thread to the bottom of the forum, and that is why you are getting a delayed reply. I have checked the sites are listed in your Themeco account and found most of the sites are showing some security issues implied by the Cloudfare.

I would suggest you provide login credentials without IP restrictions for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– Specific page URL where you are having this issue.
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Hello @danieldownard,

We do not have any element called “Classic Carousel” It seems that you are using “Cornerstone Power Pack” plugin that is adding the “Classic Carousel” element. I would suggest you contact the plugin author who can assist you with your concern. Please note that we don’t provide any third-party plugin support. It is out of the support scope.

Thanks for understanding
