Clash with Booqable?

I have a site which has been using Booqable with X Theme since it was built, but recently I (and my client) cannot see the images in Cornerstone when editing. I’ve tried disabling all other plugins to check for conflict but it makes no difference. Client is very frustrated as it makes it extrmeley difficult to edit and amend pages. Can you help, please?

It seems that you are using the third-party plugin and it might be the issue is coming from the third-party plugin for which we don’t have any compatibility with the theme. To make sure that is our theme-related issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues:

Still, we will be interested to investigate and see if anything can be improved in Cornerstone, but please remember that as this is a 3rd party plugin we can’t guarantee any fixes.

To investigate it further please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note including:

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I have logged in to your site and I have edited your homepage. I was able to view the images.

I am guessing that in your screenshot, the Classic Elements are disabled. Please go to Cornerstone > Settings > Permissions > Administrator and make sure that “All Classic Elements” option is enabled.

Thank you. It has solved the issue on a lot of pages. But not all. For example, the page ‘Costume Base Layers’ is still not showing images when editing in Cornerstone. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

The Text element are really empty. Please delete them. Cornerstone could not delete content of text elements or any data by itself.

Hi there, yes some are - it’s a template for the client. But others are not empty and are still not showing, or the images that are linked to the shortcodes. Any ideas? Thanks again.

Hi there, the problem seems so sporadic - this is what I see on Costume Base LAyers page today and several others. No images showing again.

Hey @idesigniw,

All the images show up on my end that means this is not an issue with Cornerstone but rather your browser and/or your computer. Please clear your browser’s cache and try again. Also, try editing your site using a different computer and network.

Hi, thank you. The same thing happens after clearing cache. Sometimes it works better in a different browser, sometimes not. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this further?
