Hi. Please see screen capture below. I’m trying to install the Child Theme and getting an error message that the Parent theme does not exist. I’m running Pro vers. 6.4.4
Any thoughts?

Thanks for writing to us.
I would suggest you please use FTP and delete the child theme from the wp-content/themes/. Now you need to download the child theme from here and reinstall it. https://theme.co/docs/child-themes
Please ensure that you have given sufficient file permission to the child theme.

I did as you suggested; however, I’m still getting the same error when I try to install.

You are experiencing this issue because you have renamed the pro folder name to something else. Please revert the changes to the folder name so that the Pro Child theme can find it.

Ah, not renamed, but the Child and parent were not in the same directory. Problem solved. Thanks for leading me to the problem.
