Hi there. I installed a child theme and now my rev slider and menu have completely disappeared?? I have the settings added correctly for ‘above masthead’ etc. I see everything displaying correctly when I have the main X theme activated but as soon as I activate the child its gone. I replied to someone else that it looks like you might have helped via FTP access but didn’t now if that thread comes back around etc?? Thanks for the help!

Yup I saw your reply on other thread. Can you confirm that you did actually install a child theme for X and not for PRO? If so, please provide us credentials in secure note so we can take a closer look.
