Child blank template styling issues

When I copied the TEMPLATE-BLANK-1.PHP from ethos stack in order to create my own template, it comes out with different styles than original file even tough the code is the same.

this is the same template code but with different name (template-login.php), it comes out like this https://i.imgur.com/hcs0euE.png, there is the page title and the white background is not full width like in original blank template, which creates issues right from the start of trying to work with it

both of pages have the right templates choosen in admin panel,
