Hello, some questions:

1. 

My customers should only sign up with the email, no username needed. How I delete the username field?
And also I don´t want the password advice, can I delete this as well? Or at least change the “at least 6 letters” instead of “at least 12” because now people might think the have to use 12 letters.

2. 

Can I place this checkbox right above the “jetzt kaufen” button?

3. The “order confirmation email” is already sent to the customer after clicking the “jetzt kaufen” (buy now) button, even though the credit card pop up modal is not filled in yet, because it pops up on the next site. Is it possible to sent this email after the actual payment?

Unfortunately, this is something we can’t cover since it’s more related to Woocommerce customization. I recommend contacting a Woocommerce developer for proper changes.

They are more related to Woocommerce checkout’s default fields. Though, if you think this is related to the bundled checkout manager then please provide more details like how to reproduce this issue.
