Checkout page stuck

Hi guys

Have set up all the paypal and woocommerce settings so my shopping cart should just work but when you click on a product like https://www.commissionit.co.uk/product/animal-portraits/ click ad to basket then viwe basket. its there bam…

but when you then click proceed to checkout it just takes you to a blank https://www.commissionit.co.uk/checkout/ checkout page?

Any ideas?
