Checkout Page Manipulation

Hi! I’m running an x theme/cornerstone site with WooCommerce and i’m incorporating a new plugin to the site called Cartflows. I’d like Cartflows to overtake the generic woocommerce checkout but it seems like X is causing conflicts within the page. Could you let me know which templates/files i need to overwrite in my child theme in order to prevent the checkout templating conflict from occuring? Or if there’s a different way from preventing X in overriding the woocommerce checkout pages? Thanks!

Hello @richak,

Thanks for posting in! Your Checkout page is using a default page template. Normally, the checkout page needs to have the WooCommerce [woocommerce_checkout] shortcodes. The X theme do not overwrite anything. We do not have any checkout template. I have inspected the check out page and it is using the default template with the WooCommerce checkout form. If you would like to customize your checkout page, perhaps this WooCommerce documentation can help:

Best Regards.

Can you tell me why the x-loader is being injected into that page then?

Hey @richak,

The x-loader is supposed to be hidden only to show when you click the Place Order button. That doesn’t work because it looks like Cartflows doesn’t allow the theme’s CSS to load on the checkout page.

Please contact Cartflows support to allow the theme’s CSS to be loaded.

Thanks.
