Hey @philippe11,
Your login page redirects to your home page so I could not check the issue even when using VPN.
Just a quick note about using VPN. That is not included in our theme support. Not all support staff has that and I’ve used my personal VPN only which is limited. If you don’t ask your web host to temporarily deactivate IP restriction in your site and the support staff available doesn’t have VPN, please expect that you’ll wait for a support staff that has a personal VPN.
Alternatively, you can copy your live site to a staging server and give us access. It’s a best practice to have a staging copy anyway if you operate a website. This way also, there’s no risk of breaking your site in case of troubleshooting.
Back to the issue, WooCommerce only allows simple shortcodes to be placed in the assigned Terms page. If you’ve used the Content Builder which outputs complex shortcodes, there might be issues and we do not support that as the Terms page should or commonly contains text only so it must be created using the Text Editor of WordPress and not builders.
We also need to know if this issue is being caused by our theme alone and not by other factors such as 3rd party plugins and custom codes.
That said if the issue is resolved using the parent theme and deactivating all 3rd party plugins, it means that the problem is coming from the child theme or one of the 3rd party plugins. For this case, please have a developer check your child theme as we do not provide support for customizations. For the plugins, activate one plugin at a time and the last activated plugin the brings back the error is the cause. In this case, forward the issue to the plugin developer and he/she needs to fix it.
Thanks.
