Checkout Manager checkbox values

Hi

I have added few checkbox fields to my checkout page. The problem is that the checkbox returns either a 1 or a 2 on the order overview page, depending on whether the checkbox has been checked or not.

My clients find this very confusing, as they can never remember which means ‘checked’ and which means ‘unchecked’. They are also worried that it might not be legally binding if the ask customers to check a box that confirms that have read the terms and conditions, but then the only record of that is a field called “1”. This technically neither confirms not denies that they have read or checked anything.

So, is it possible for me to change the checkboxes to return ‘YES’ for a checked box, and ‘NO’ for an unchecked box?

Hello @designbythink,

Thanks for writing in! It is best that you use the “Select” or “Radio” to get your issue resolved.

Hope this helps.
