Checkout forms not showing for WooCommerce in updated Pro

Hi there,

It seems that somewhere there is an issue where the shipping, billing and terms are not showing on my checkout pages. If I switch themes, they work. I also disabled all plugins and tested on both the latest update on Pro and twentytwentythree. Please see this video - you can see it working on change of themes.

Any ideas to get my checkout forms to work?

Thanks for reaching out.
What I have recognized in the video is that the Child Theme of X is activated whereas you are using the Pro. Also, there are multiple instances of Pro. I would suggest you activate the latest version of Pro and check if that resolves your problem or not. If not, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Sorry - I: needed to activate your account - I forgot I had that functionality. Please try again. I sued the credentials I sent and was able to login after I activated you. Sorry about that.

I have checked your website and found that the custom CSS code is written to hide the fields, please remove that to get rid of this problem.
