Checkout/cart pages blank with WooCommerce and X theme

I’m asking this for my client (the actual person who set up this THemeco account) but thy’ve got a site using the X theme. It’s got woocommerce. I was brought in a couple days ago to check on a problem: when I make a purchase (in this case tickets to a program put on by a chamber of commerce) I go the page where I’m supposed to add my credit card and address. Howeverm this page is always blank.

I disabled all plugins and this did not fix the problem. I then switched to the 2019 theme and was able to see the page and enter my info. When I switch back to the X theme the problem comes back. Can you help me? THe website is unitedchambers.org
