Check boxes alignment on form

On this page for the ninja form https://drkarenkassebaum.com/schedule-a-discovery-call/ there are check mark boxes. On a mobile device what css would I need to enter so the check mark boxes line up one on top of the other with a little spacing in between. Right now the boxes go diagonal which doesn’t look very good. Thank you.

I check your website on the mobile view and the check mark boxes are just showing properly.

I believe that you have already fixed your issue. Just let to you know that providing custom CSS code is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.

Our theme does not have control over the style of Ninja Forms. You need to reach out to Ninja Forms support to fix the issue with your checkboxes.

Please remember that we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins.
