I don’t see any CSS related issue with our theme to your chat code. I believe that this is not a theme related issue! Just want to let you know that integrating 3rd party scripts or fixing 3rd party issues is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.
