but that does seem to help

Regretfully the given user credentials is not working for us. It seems that the username is incorrect.
Please double check it.
As I was inspecting your site, I can see that the demo contents were imported. It is not showing because Cornerstone is inactive or uninstalled. Please go to X > Validation and wait for a few seconds because it will automatically gets installed. You can then activate it in the plugins section.
