Changing X to Pro

The issue is still happening now.

As you told us, our hosting provider removed the server side cache but it didn’t work.

Hi @apneatotalmalta,

The reason why the essential grid is not showing because the cache files from the WP Rocket is still there. You can check the files in the wp-content/cache folder. That being said. I suggest that you rename that folder to something else so that it will regenerate a new cache file.

Hope that helps.

Thanks @marc_a,

I tried to rename the folder and it didn’t work.

Yesterday I contacted WP Rocket support team and they got it fixed. If somebody has the same issue in the future it is related to the Delay JavaScript Execution setting. If you temporarily deactivate it and the Essential Grids work again, you have to activate and add the following exclusions:

/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js
/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js
/plugins/essential-grid/public/assets/js/esg.min.js
var essapi_

So far, that did the trick.

Thanks a lot to the team for trying to find the solution! :slight_smile:

You are most welcome, @apneatotalmalta!
