Changing Wordpress address and site address from http to https

In Settings General, these appear to be greyed out and uneditable.

WordPress Address (URL) http://www.averybritishvoice.com
Site Address (URL) http://www.averybritishvoice.com

Having obtained a certificate, all I want to do is to change the http to https

Can it be done without a lot of faffing about, please?

It might damage the serialized data in the database so I would recommend you to please take a backup of the database and files as well.
