Hey there,
I have installed a plugin called Xadapter to use with my woocommerce store to get real time rates for Fedex. I want to know if there is a way to change the woocommerce look of the way my shipping options are displayed. The circles to select your shipping options are very misleading and are next to the expected delivery date and not next to the type of shipping IE Ground shipping or 2 Day. My website is whirlyboard.com if you would take a look and tell me if this is something I can write custom code for. This is my first website so I need someone to hold my hand while giving instructions- I apologize in advance for this.
Hi there,
Would you mind mentioning where we can find the details that you have mentioned?
I checked the checkout page and I can seem to find what you are describing.
It looks like your IP address isn’t from within the continental US. We have a fixed rate for Mexico and Canada. The only way to see it would be to use a different IP address. If you let me know where you are looking from if that isn’t an option, I may be able to go into that country and change the settings.
Hello There,
Giving an IP won’t be useful. We have several staff working from different locations and timezones. It’s is best that you temporarily disable the IP so that our staff who handles this thread can easily access the page displaying what you have in the screenshot.
By the way, I am using VPN and set the IP in the US. I am not still seeing the calculate shipping and not like your screenshot:
You may need to learn to use Chrome Dev tools and get the needed css so that you can apply it to your theme setting. If you can help us get the classname or element ID of the FedEx text, it would be easier.
Please let us know how it goes.
Did nothing happen when you clicked on the calculate shipping orange button? I’m not really sure why it doesn’t appear the same to you as it does to me. This is the first website I have ever tried to make functional so I’m not really sure where to find the classname or element ID.
Hi there,
I have tried to load your site and use a VPN but I still cannot see the options that you have included in the screenshot.
Thought what you are trying to do seems to only require CSS to accomplish but in order for us to provide some suggestion, we will have to be able to see the elements. Otherwise, you will have to figure out the class or ID of an element using the [dev tools](https://developer.chrome.com/devtools as previously suggested).
