Changing the text color in template section

I need to change the text color on the text “serving northern virginia” to red. how do I do this?

Thanks for writing in!

I see that you are using Classic Headline element to display the text. Please inspect the Classic Custom Headline element and under Text Color you can select the color from the color pallet.
