Changing the Header Navbar link names

Hello I am using the X Theme Band Expanded Demo. Is there anyway to change the Nav Bar options: Press Releases Tour, to better suit the scale of our band? I have actually deleted the relevant sections in the layout to try and get rid of them, but they remain.

To change Navbar link names, please navigate under Appearance > Menus.
