Changing the category separator

Hi – I am trying to change the category separator in the ethos theme from a ‘comma’ to an ‘interpunct’ (center dot).

I have installed the child theme, but I can’t find where the line of code is to fix this. If you look at the metadata on my page:

You will see that I have a ‘tools’ section with terms separated by center dots. At the bottom of my post, I also have all the tags separated with center dots. I am trying to replace the comma in the category list with a center dot as well – but I’m going crazy. Can anyone help?
