Changing styling of "add to cart form"

Hi
Would like to be able to change the styling of the “add to cart form” element that can be seen used on this page for example https://candorcare.uk/product/pressalit-sct-3000-shower-change-table/. I need to be able to alter the font size, button size and colour etc. I can seem to isolate the css to be able to do this using the inspector. Would you be able to help at all please?
