Changing Page URLs

Hi I am having trouble changing page URLs, I am not given the option to change the URL when I hit edit page. Could you please help out? I have tried setting to draft as well.

Did you click on Settings -> Permalinks -> URL slug to try to change it?

Yes but there is no URL slug option for me

I built this page in Cornerstone and thought perhaps that was the reason but just tried building in Wordpress and same result

Try changing your permalinks settings to Post name
