The menu I have for Appearance > Menu is not the same as what is shown on the web page. How do I change the template’s menu?

You need to assign the menu you have created to the Primary Menu location of the theme by going to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Menus and scrolling down to see the option to check:
I went to your website and already checked the Primary Menu option for your main menu and now the front end of the website uses the menu you created.
