Changing Hover color in Custom Headline

As an example on our of our pages:
www.WorldMusicStageRecords.com/Stephen-b-Lawrence

We are trying to change the global hover on links, such as Bio (for example) to red when hovering over the text.

Any suggestions would be helpful. We have tried many of the examples from other posts, but nothing seems to be working.

The text was inserted and created the x_custom_headline tag.

Found the answer. It appears that under typography you can set the global site hover color links.
