Changing Global Header Font size

Global Header font size:

In Pro I would like to change the Header sizes so that they are not a % of the base paragraph font.
I would like to set each header size to a specific font size I would also like to make header 5 smaller than the paragraph.
I know this is a simple CSS Code I’ve tried:

h3, .h3 {
font-size: 20px !imporatnt;
}

IT has no effect, what am I missing.

Please double check if you are targeting the correct heading as there are 6 heading tags like:

h1, .h1 {

}

h2, .h2 {

}

h3, .h3 {

}

h4, .h4 {

}

h5, .h5 {

}

h6, .h6 {

}
