Changing from http to https. All images stayed http

Hi guys,

I’ve read a few of the posts but couldn’t find the right answer.
So all images are still using the http-link.
When I am using the “Better Search Replace” plugin nothing is found.
And checking the links in the media library, they are all https already.
I manually updated to images in cornerstone which changed the url to https.

https://chipsnchampagne.com/ (marked safe)
https://chipsnchampagne.com/neuvonfrisch (marked unsafe due to the images)

Could you please provide me with a clean and handy solution?

Hi There,

Do you have any cache plugins installed? Could you please try clearing all the cache and check again?

You can also try replacing all the http URLs with the https URLs by using this plugin:

Velvet Blues Update URLs

thank you for your reply. I am not sure about cache plugins. What would that be?
I deleted all cache from my browser and tested on two other browser to be sure: All images are still http.
the plugin you are suggesting is the same as “Better Search Replace” which I wrote above.

I added my login data above.
Please be so kind and take a look.

I found a solution or better a friend found a solution:
– install migrate db plugin
– search and replace the http for https
– export the file
– login into your hosting account and update the sql file there

Done.
