Changing Font Color in Footer not responding to Custom Global CSS

I’m having an issue changing the font color in the footer. I’ve gone through the forums and used what seems to have worked for others. You can see my code below. Can someone help me figure out what I’m doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi There,

I could see that you forgot to close the curly bracket(}) in your custom CSS.

Please find this:

.x-topbar {

And change to this:

}
.x-topbar {
