Changing domain name linked to X and converting to pro questions

Here are the answers for your questions :

1 - Unlock license function is used in case you want to free your license to register under a different Themeco account. So for example, if you have purchase Pro for a client but you would like to transfer the license for them so they can have their own themeco account you can use this functionality.

2- The Themeforest license of a converted X to PRO license is just a reference number, it is no longer useful to validate your themes. And that is correct, you won´t have access to validate X with this account.

3- Pro is not related to Themeforest, you will download PRO directly from your APEX dashboard: https://theme.co/apex/dashboard
