Changing default Image header

Hello friends
Maybe this question is very basic but I am new to this and I can not find how to do it.
If you look at the site http://app.idealmkt.com.ar/ you will see that the header has the image that comes by default in the subject. The woman holding her mobile. I want to change that image for another and I can not find where to do it … Can you help me?

Header image is coming from Revolution Slider plugin. Please edit Revolution Slider to change background image. To get started, you can take a look at following resource:
