Changing colour of address bar in mobile browsers

[theangeleyes]

Dear Support,

We are able to change colors of the Address Bar on Android, iOS, Windows phones by simply adding a code to header.php above the Head Tag in other WordPress themes. But in the X theme theres no head tag in header.php.

How can we change the colour of the Address Bar on the X?

Hi there,

You can do this by using the wp_head hook in the functions.php file of your child theme like this:

add_action('wp_head','custom_script');
function custom_script() {
?>
    <!-- Add the code here -->
<?php
}

Hope this helps.
