Changing account email address

I tried to change my email address but I get a message saying the email address is already registered. Please tell me how to change my email address for Apex forum.

Thanks for writing in!

Unfortunately, you can’t change the email address of a account. I suggest you to create a new account using the desired email address and then transfer the licence in that account.

Please do the following to transfer licence:

In your licence manager you just need to click on the padlock icon so that the licence is freed from current account. Next, login to the other account and add the licence in that account. Here’s the screenshot that you can take a look.

I have 6 licenses. Do I have to transfer all six or can you change it on my account?
