Changing 3 columns to 2 and vice versa

where do i find the option to change a once chosen 3 columns to 2 columns?
and vice versa, how do i add a column in a row, or make 2 columns from a single row?
for example on this page: i want to add another service and four in a row becomes a bit crowdy :).

You can change the 3 columns to 2 and 2 to 3 Columns as per your need. The following video will explain how you can do that.
