Hi!
Love the new update for the content builder, but it does seem a bit buggy…
I add a new section. Then I add a new text element, and try to add some text. The text is showing in the editor, but not in the preview. Then I add the classic text element, and i works fine Am I doing something wrong?
See this video where I try to add a new Text element
I’m having the same problem with Cornerstone Version 2.1.3. Previously, changes I made in the Text element would be reflected on the page pretty quickly. Now, they are often not shown until I manually reload the page.
Oh, by the way, my problem is with the Classic Text element. I guess Brikas was referring to the new Text element. I’ll start using the new one on new content but don’t want to replace all the existing elements on all my existing sites.
We have tested this in our local testing servers and we could not replicate the issue.
Could you please make sure that you are using the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:
Pro theme 1.2.3
X theme 5.2.2
Cornerstone 2.1.3
This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).
After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
We also recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:
