Changes aren't being reflected on website

I had made a bunch of changes to my website, but some of them don’t seem to be reflecting on my website.

I cleared my browser cache, cleared the website Cache with the WP Rocket plugin and still, some changes aren’t being reflected.

I am not sure what to do here. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to recognize the problem without seeing it. Can you please share the URL where you are having that issue, and what changes you have made? If you have made any CSS or JavaScript changes, maybe some minification plugin is the reason behind it. If you change any content, please check the cache once again. If nothing helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Thanks for getting back to me.

I do have minification enabled on the WP Rocket plugin, but I just installed it a few days ago and was having problems with the website updating before I did the minification.

Changes made:
Main Header:

  • added “Interviews” “Account” and “Sign Out” menu items. I did this for all screen sizes.
    Homepage:
Added a new background image and main image on the hero section
    Footer:
I- added an FAQ menu item under the SoundShockAudio heading and added the text “COPYRIGHT © 2023”
  • I removed the join community card, so there should only be three cards now.

Here is the link to the homepage where most all the changes were made.

Here are the images of the before and after the changes were made:

Hi Daniel,

I have checked the Home Page and found all the changes you made and the screenshot shown after the change. while logged in. But the changes does not shows while not logged in.

This type of issue mostly happens due to the Server Level Cache, I would suggest you contact your hosting provider to purge all the server level cache.

Thanks

I spent a couple hours talking with my hosting provider support (upcloud hosting which is a VPN) about this issue and the sidebar one.

We tried clearing the server-level cache, and installing a wp plugin to cache and nothing seemed to work.

As you mentioned, this only happens when you are not logged in.

The hosting then said that this was out of their scope of support.

I have no idea what to do here.

Please help!

Hello @dstro003,

Please do the following:
1.) Update the theme to Pro 6.0.3 version.
2.) Deactivate the W3 Total Cache plugin
3.) Launch the custom header in the builder and hit the “Save” button to update it.

If this does not help, please allow us to troubleshoot the issue of your site in a staging site if you have created one already.

Best Regards.
