Changes are not saved or applied

I have a website with 12 pages in German and English. The changes are not accepted for two of these pages. The ‘Save button’ at the bottom left appears in black and not in green as usual. The changes are not displayed on the right in the preview. Sometimes it works if I repeat the change a lot. It works fine on all other pages. I can’t make any changes for my customer on their side, please help me.

Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– Exactly those two page URL where you are getting the issue.
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi @mb_systems,

I have tried to update by adding a few text and re-update it by deleting that added text from the pages you mentioned and it works fine. Please find a video of the process in the secure note.

If you still found the issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Child Theme Related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling Cache

If none of these helps and you still getting the same issue, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

The error is unchanged. Tomorrow I’ll remove the video and the slider one by one to see if it’s because of that. Or redo these two subpages again.
