Change width of List element

Hi!

Is there a way to change the width of the List element and make it fit the content? It seems set at a certain width but I can’t find the property responsible for that.

Thanks in advance!

Hey Hugo,

Are you referring to the Post List element?

If so, inspect the Posts element then delete the auto value and select a unit then add a value.

If that is not what you mean, please provide more context most especially:

  1. the page URL
  2. screenshot of the element you’re referring to
  3. what size of width or dynamic width you want to achieve?

Thanks.

Hi Christian,

No, I mean the List element

I would like the List box (blue border) to fit the text, but it’s width seems to be set. Even if I decrease the width of the parent div, the List items still show a lot of space after the text:

As you see in the above example, the text wraps below the marker icon while there seems to be ample space to have marker and text on one line.

It seems like an issue with margins or paddings but I can’t find the source…

Hello @HugoW,

Each of the List items has its own settings as well.

Check the size, margin, padding, and even the flexbox settings. If none is working, please provide us the URL of the page or your WP Access so that we can check the List element settings. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
