Change username of account

Hello there,
As part of using my X licence for a new project, I need to change the username attached to this account. Is that possible, or do I need to create a completely new account? Which is complex because the email address stays the same.

To change the user name of a account there is no need to create a new account. Please share the new user name and we will do the needfull.

Hi again,
I still have to enter the old username to log in, even though I see the updated username in my account, is it possible to change this too?

We have already changed the display and user name. Please make sure to clear cache and then try login in. If you still face issue, please let us know.
